Responsibilities:
Design Development – Create and present innovative, client-aligned design concepts with aesthetic and functional balance.
Space Planning – Optimize interior and exterior layouts for flow, comfort, and accessibility.
Construction Documentation – Prepare detailed drawings and specs, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
Material & Finish Selection – Choose high-quality, durable, and luxury materials suited to the design vision.
Collaboration – Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure unified project execution.
Project Oversight – Manage timelines, budgets, and overall project flow from concept to completion.
Cultural Integration – Incorporate local and regional architectural and cultural elements, especially in Middle Eastern projects.
Sustainability – Apply eco-friendly practices and sustainable materials in design and construction.
Trend Awareness – Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to deliver modern, forward-thinking solutions.
Client Communication & Reporting – Maintain regular client updates, feedback loops, and provide reports as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Degree in architecture or a related field.
Previous experience as an Architect & Interior Designer preferred.
Excellent technical drawing skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
Strong creative and visualisation skills.
