OBJECTIVE
The SuccessFactors Technical Specialist will be responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, integration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development, and Onboarding. This role requires deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance SuccessFactors solutions.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Implementation & Configuration
- Configure and maintain multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
- Perform system enhancements, workflow configurations, and process automation across different SuccessFactors modules.
- Develop and maintain business rules, role-based permissions, and workflows.
- Assist in full lifecycle implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
Integration & Data Management
- Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications (SAP ERP, third-party systems, payroll solutions, etc.).
- Work with middleware tools and SAP Integration Suite.
- Manage data migration and system conversions, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors and system issues.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all SuccessFactors modules.
- Conduct system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure system stability and performance.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to resolve system issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain documentation, including technical specifications, configurations, and process flows.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards, including GDPR and SOC 2.
- Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and system security policies.
- Conduct periodic system audits and risk assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to understand requirements and recommend best practices.
- Train HR teams and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, covering multiple modules.
- Experience in SuccessFactors implementations, configurations, and technical support.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data models, MDF objects, and workflows.
- Experience with integration technologies such as SAP integration suits and APIs (OData, SOAP, REST).
- Proficiency in configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Ability to create detailed solution blueprints, including data mapping and system integration points.
