The **Technical Project Engineer** is responsible to coordinate all post-order engineering activities including design, develop, and control the electrical systems for customer projects in the UK&I. The role is based in Dubai and will provide remote support to the UK&I Projects Team.
Eaton's projects can involve every aspect of power distribution from low to medium voltage, UPS (uninterrupted power supply), and automation such as EPMS (Energy Power Monitoring System) and SCADA.
This technical coordination role ensures technical clarification of interphases between customer stakeholders (tech consultants, construction, eng teams.) and internal stakeholders (production eng teams, suppliers eng dpt, SW dvp etc.)
This role is also supporting application engineering teams during pre-order technical engagement on need bases.
Such projects mainly address Datacenter, T&D utillities and Oil and gas applications, but could include other types of large and complex projects requiring system integration.
Working as an integral part of the customer Project execution team, the PE is primarily an office role with very limited travelling to other locations including suppliers, Eaton manufacturing facilities and client offices and construction sites during pre-order/post order phases as needed.
The role requires an experienced, composed, highly motivated, Electrical Engineer who can effectively communicate and work with a wide variety of stakeholders in a dynamic environment and who demonstrate an understanding of all project's electrical requirements.
The Technical Project Engineer needs to work to specifications and liaise with Engineering consultant, General contractors, subcontractors and clients. Technical deviations and scope incremental needs to be flagged to respective project managers to be coordinated with customer before implementation.
**What you'll do:**
+ Responsible for Technical Scope Management of projects including but not limited to CDE review and coordination with all relevant stakeholders (internal, external.) from sales hand-over to close-out
+ Ensure technical alignment between projects and coordination with customer
+ Support PM's to manage technical risk by ensuring rapid sharing of lessons learned as well as coordination of approach for maximum effect
+ Analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the electrical requirements of a given project
+ Coordinating and liaising with Eaton engineers (Application engineers, Product engineers, Power system engineer, Cx team, Quality engineers.) and client stakeholders to ensure overall project execution
+ Provide and manage technical documentation and techsubs (SLD, Layout, Site Methods, Cx process and sequence) for any required projects
+ Managing and monitoring all assigned electrical projects to ensure documentation is delivered on time
+ Ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times
+ Completing quality assurance on electrical components and projects, and writing up reports
+ Support Root cause analysis in case of Quality events
+ Site assignment for a short period of time can be necessary depending on the progress of the execution of the project
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors' Degree or Masters' Degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering
+ 2-5 years of experience in Electrical design from a system perspective (MV/LV/UPS)
+ 2-5 years of experience in Customer Project Management
+ 2-5 years of experience in Datacenter construction project is a plus
+ MV/UPS commissioning experience is a plus
**Skills:**
+ Electrical & System Engineering with power distribution knowledge
+ Basic electrical calculation knowledge
+ CAD experience
+ Technical ability to write specifications and procedures

**Job Description**
We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Stakeholder Management to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic stakeholder engagement initiatives that align with our organization's goals and values.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder management strategies to support organizational objectives
+ Identify, analyze, and prioritize key stakeholders, including internal and external parties
+ Lead stakeholder mapping exercises and maintain up-to-date stakeholder databases
+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including government entities, community organizations, and business partners
+ Design and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent stakeholder messaging and alignment
+ Conduct regular stakeholder analysis and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making

**Qualifications**

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Proficiency in stakeholder management software and tools

+ Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in stakeholder engagement
+ Professional certifications in stakeholder management or project management (e.g., PMI-RMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
