Role Summary
As a Product Sales Manager at Shifra (an Inforte Company), you will be responsible for driving the sales and business development of assigned cybersecurity solutions across our regional partner network. You will play a critical role in managing vendor relationships, enabling channel partners, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales of assigned cybersecurity products through the channel partner ecosystem (resellers, system integrators, MSSPs).
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners and onboard new ones.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and training sessions for partners and clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful proof-of-concept (POC) delivery and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting via CRM systems.
- Act as the internal advocate for the product line, ensuring alignment between vendor objectives and Shifra's (Inforte's) regional strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B product sales, preferably in cybersecurity, network security, or cloud security.
- Experience working with channel/distribution models in the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as identity & access management (IAM), threat detection, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken) – Mandatory
- Arabic language proficiency – Preferred
- Comfortable with regular client visits and regional travel.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
