We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Technical Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the entire setup process for new customers, including needs analysis, system configuration, training, and ongoing support.

About the Role:
You will ensure a smooth implementation of our hardware and software solutions, tailored to each customer's needs. The role includes connecting system components based on wiring diagrams and IP plans, collecting signals, configuring software, and providing training and support. You will act as a key link between technical teams and end-users, ensuring the system works as intended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute customer implementation projects
• Analyze customer needs and configure systems accordingly
• Provide training and technical support throughout the process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Document configurations and processes
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and support teams
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements

The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our sales and project teams by designing AV solutions, preparing detailed drawings, and assisting in creating proposals tailored to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable AV solutions
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings , layouts, schematics, and block diagrams for AV projects
• Design and specify systems including:
• Sound systems (BGM, large-scale PA, distributed audio)
• Projection systems (single and multiple setups)
• Public Address (PA) systems , conference systems

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
