- Provide timely response to all incidents, Requests, outages and performance alerts. Categorize issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams

- Broad experience using a variety of monitoring and ticket management tools

+ Focus on Utility & Heavy Industry, Oil and Gas segments and on all product range and initially on Medium voltage products - later expanding to cover the full Eaton portfolio, and others segments
+ Gather necessary inputs from other stakeholders to respond to AVL needs
