The Role

We're looking for a Technical Training Instructor to deliver and develop impactful training programs for engineers, technicians, and support staff. Your Role: As a Technical Training Instructor, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering both technical and general training programs in line with ADDIE and SAT instructional design models. You’ll ensure high training standards, compliance, and real-world effectiveness — helping teams perform safely and confidently. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery & Development • Deliver HSE, site access, and performance improvement programs • Design and maintain course content and assessments • Administer and evaluate training sessions and exams • Prepare training materials, tools, and resources Evaluation & Improvement • Gather feedback and assess training impact • Analyze results to propose course improvements • Support quality audits and maintain documentation Coordination & Collaboration • Work with SMEs to develop accurate, up-to-date content • Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and venues • Assist in digital/eLearning development • Reporting To: Training Manager What You Bring: • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or similar • Degree/certification in Education, Training, or Instructional Design • 5+ years of experience in technical instruction or training delivery • Strong command of SAT, ADDIE, and training best practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and digital tools • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Job Purpose

Is responsible for overseeing and managing the technical services teams for Aircraft Systems, Avionics, Propulsion, Aircraft Structures, Predictive Maintenance, and Reliability Maintenance Program. Support Engineering Teams to achieve their training, career development, regulatory and quality compliance. This role exists to ensure the efficient and safe operation of Air Arabia’s fleet by coordinating and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices in these specialized engineering areas. The Manager will work within regulatory requirements and in accordance with airline policies to maintain the airworthiness and reliability of the fleet.

Key Result Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage the technical services teams for Aircraft Systems, Avionics, Propulsion, Aircraft Structures, Predictive Maintenance, and Reliability Maintenance Program to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet, minimize downtime, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure that all technical services teams are in compliance with regulatory requirements, OEM recommendations, and operational needs.
  3. Oversee the evaluation and update of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, modifications, and repairs for the airline’s fleet. Ensuring that all necessary safety and performance-related updates are promptly implemented to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  4. Lead efforts to identify and implement corrective measures and modifications for airworthiness findings in consultation with specialized teams, safeguarding the airline’s reputation and minimizing operational disruptions.
  5. Oversee with the Maintenance Planning department to optimize maintenance programs and ensure fleet availability, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and meeting passenger demand.
  6. Coordinate the introduction of new aircraft into the fleet in liaison with the Regulator for necessary approvals to ensure a smooth and compliant integration process.
  7. Review maintenance forecasts and ensure cost-effective planning while maintaining safety standards to optimize resource allocation, control operational costs, and safeguard the safety of passengers and crew.
  8. Oversee the timely renewal of Certificate of Airworthiness documents for the entire fleet to guarantee uninterrupted flight operations, regulatory compliance, and the continued ability to provide safe and reliable air travel services to passengers.
  9. Ensure the timely review and revision of the airline’s Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) to align with industry best practices and evolving regulations.
  10. Ensure the accuracy of engine trends, oil consumption, and other predictive maintenance indicators and plan necessary maintenance actions to proactively address potential issues, enhance aircraft reliability, and minimize unplanned maintenance events.
  11. Facilitate the control of maintenance costs while maintaining safety standards to achieve financial stability while ensuring continued compliance with regulatory and industry safety standards.
  12. Manage records in compliance with company standards and civil aviation requirements, to present as and when required; and for continuous improvement in operational practices.
  13. Utilize data from various sources to conduct analysis, identify trends, and evaluate the efficiency of airworthiness functions to proactively address potential issues.
  14. Prepare for audit checks and contribute in the closure of occurrence reports and audit findings, to exceed industry standards, fostering trust among regulatory authorities and passengers alike.
  15. Liaise with external parties, including OEMs, contracted AMOs, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders in matters related to modification, damage assessments, troubleshooting, and projects.
  16. Oversee the development and enhancement of maintenance programs to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
  17. Promote the use of technology systems and tools for efficiency and productivity.
  18. Promote and ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, Safety, and Audit practices affecting aircraft continuing airworthiness.
  19. Ensure all training activities are cost-effectively scheduled, run, monitored and recorded according to agreed budget and timeframes.
  20. Ensure all new joiners undergo proper orientation procedures and “Induction Program”: SMS, Health and Safety, Risk Management; contributes to the development of senior staff in order to elevate the performance standards and inspire all employees to achieve best results in their areas of operations.
  21. Oversee development of training plans and manuals in line with set objectives, highlighted competencies and agreed performance deficiencies or development plans.
  22. Lead by example, motivates and maintains a competent and high performing team, capable of meeting current and future business needs; Coach & Mentor team members for their career and professional development.
  23. Manage performance through objective setting, continuous support, feedback and formal reviews to ensure business objectives & KPI requirements are met.
  24. Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing is in place and in line with the business plan to meet the operational needs of the department.
  25. Perform any other tasks required and assigned by the line manager. Note – The role defined here is not exhaustive and duties and responsibilities in line with the job function may be added from time to time.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Aircraft/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Work Experience

At least 10 years of experience in Aircraft Engineering and/or Maintenance in the Aviation industry; including minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.

In This Role You Will

  • Manage and conduct audits and competency checks of Licensed Flight Dispatchers. Maintain up to date training records and licences to ensure company and regulatory requirements are documented . Manage on-the-job training for new Licensed Flight Dispatchers and the re-qualification of existing Dispatcher staff, as detailed in the Emirates Flight Dispatch Manual.
  • Review, update and implement flight dispatch procedures to optimise available resources within the Flight Dispatch team. Ensure implementation of industry best practice to provide a competitive advantage, and a continuous effort to enhance safety.
  • Support Manager Flight Dispatch (MFD) in reviewing Flight Dispatch processes, procedures, and personnel to ensure future industry requirements are anticipated and delivered ahead of time.
  • Remain current with present and future regulatory requirements to ensure continued company compliance, and provide support with internal and external audits.
  • Create and maintain a high-performance culture within the team. Lead and develop direct reports and provide support to the wider team to ensure team members perform to the best of their ability and remain highly motivated while adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Conduct the Licenced Flight Dispatcher role when required.
Standards Specific
  • Manage existing and future Flight Dispatch standards ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, allowing all personnel to carry out operational control safely and efficiently.
  • Implement, review and as required update the Dispatch Quality Assurance Program to align to Flight Dispatch legislation and requirements.
Training Specific
  • Develop, maintain and manage Flight Dispatch Training programmes ensuring compliance with company standards. Ensure GCAA regulatory required training is provided to Flight Dispatch to enable operations to be conducted in line with regulatory directives
  • Design, implement, and manage the training and development of ab-initio UAE National Flight Operations Officers to enable them to pass the GCAA dispatch license exam following an 18 month training period. Liaise with UAE National Development during these training cycles.
Technical Specific
  • Investigate and respond to Air Safety Reports, Captain Special Reports and enquiries from outside agencies, such as ATC centers. Ensure report feedback is provided to the relevant departments for action in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate, lead and deliver projects, implement tools and enhance existing applications improving Flight Dispatch service standards and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Flight Operations. Other : 8+ Years
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :
Knowledge/skills: -
  • GCAA dispatch license with a minimum of 5 years experience of exercising its privileges
  • Passed a competency check or course of recurrent training during the last six months
  • Preferably prior experience in creating and delivering training contents.

Position Overview:

As a Technical CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our company's interactions with customers, clients, and prospects via Hubspot. You will achieve this by supporting the Regional CRM managers with issues, requirements and Hubspot feature training. You will be responsible for onboarding new schools as well as supporting existing schools on the Hubspot CRM application. You will be responsible for auditing and monitoring Hubspot CRM modules, processes and functionalities and suggest optimizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including regional marketing, admissions, and External support agency, to ensure we manage the customer acquisition processes as well as existing customer journeys implemented in the Hubspot CRM.

 Key Responsibilities:

Hubspot CRM - Onboarding and Support  Support the Regional teams to onboard newly acquired schools on the admissions process implemented in Hubspot.

·   Liaise the regional CRM managers as well as the Regional Admissions heads to utilize the Marketing automation tools for the campaigns as well as the Sales tools to nurture the leads.Optimize the overall usage of application to improve daily operations and boost productivity.Accordingly, train regional teams on CRM usage, best practices, and data entry guidelines to ensure data sanity and integrity.

·   Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Regional CRM and Marketing team to create and implement email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other customer communication materials in Hubspot.Effectively utilize multiple channels like email, WhatsApp, website landing pages, social lead gen, posts and support the regions to get maximum conversions/ enrolments.

Data Management and Analysis:

·    Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and hygiene.Regularly analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement for the schools and overall regionGenerate reports and insights to inform decision-making for the upcoming CRM initiatives and campaigns and share the insights with the regions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, admissions and communications teams to align on CRM strategies with overall marketing efforts.Collaborate with Admissions teams to ensure seamless lead management and nurturing processes or workflows are created to handle the incoming parent enquiries. 

Team Training & Implement Best Practices

Research and keep the knowledge base up to date with the latest information on Hubspot and related technologies.

·    Create and update the HubSpot training material as well as technical documents.Accordingly, train regional teams on CRM usage, best practices, and data entry guidelines to ensure data sanity and integrityServe as the technical subject matter expert for all things HubSpot wrt implementation or troubleshooting.Consult on and implement advanced marketing ops topics (e.g. attribution, lead scoring, and inbound/outbound approaches, etc.), sales ops topics (e.g. sales enablement, sales org structures, and sales process optimization, etc.), tech stack topics, and service ops topics (e.g. client onboarding, customer support, service org structures, and service process optimization) Experience 2 or more years’ experience as a HubSpot Administrator, Developer or Consultant.HubSpot Sales or HubSpot Marketing Software certifications.3 or more years of experience working directly with sales or marketing teams to gather stakeholder requirements and translate and implement the business needs to technical specifications.A deep understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities.Strong organizational, project management, and analytic skills.Ability to advise and implement best practices.Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential.A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.Basic proficiency or working knowledge of HTML and CSS (Preferred).
