For our client, we are recruiting a Technical Training Instructor, for Abu Dhabi, Barakah Power Plant.

This role involves full engagement with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) instructional design model, ensuring effective training delivery and continuous improvement. Administrative responsibilities include supporting training documentation, database maintenance, and compliance with training standards.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to develop and deliver training courses in classroom or on-site settings.

• Developing course material for classroom and on-site training in own area of responsibility and advising on updates needed in e-learning material.
• Creating and updating course descriptions and course programs.
• Taking into consideration feedback given on courses and implementing corrective action when needed.
• Maintaining close contact with technical product management project management engineering sales and other stakeholder groups that support implementation of training course development and delivery.
• Supporting course administration in making course arrangements and in answering course enquiries and proposals for training courses.
• Providing technical support for customers for any escalations or queries related to Micro SCADA and RTU family Products.
• Working on day-to-day tickets following up with clients providing feedback and seeing problems through to resolution.

• A bachelor's degree in electronics and communications with 8-15 years of experience.
• Relevant work experience on Micro SCADA family Products such as SYS600 SYS600C Historian SDM600 DMS600 and RTU family RTU560 RTU530 etc.
• Customer support experience with Micro SCADA and RTU family products preferably worked as a technical support engineer commissioning engineer.

Provide administrative and operational support in the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical training programs for Engineering employees.
