Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee the installation, maintenance and upkeep of computer hardware and software.
• The successful candidate will serve as a secondary contact for servicing PC hardware and software, manage technology assets and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity related to technology.
• Responsibilities include assisting departments in maintaining computer systems and equipment, managing the life-cycle of technology assets, evaluating and resolving system performance problems and maintaining the security and proper maintenance of technology assets.
