The ideal candidate will have experience in technology law, including transactional and regulatory advice relating to IT and new technologies. They will also have expertise in Public Private Partnerships, Outsourcing and offshoring, Joint Ventures, strategic alliances and ecosystem agreements.

• Regional GCC experience

• Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files.
• Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating different IP related agreements, including assignment, licensing, franchising, branding etc.
• Handling routine IP matters including trademark portfolio management, IP infringements, general IP advisory and disputes.
• Supporting the partner with business development initiatives related to the practice.
• Providing consultancy services to the clients
• Ensuring billing and collection targets are met.
• Maintaining an average billing of 5.5 hours / working day
