QA & QC Engineer (Product & Software Quality)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-obsessed QA & QC Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of Sanso's digital platforms and software products. You will be responsible for designing test strategies, executing quality controls, and ensuring that all software and hardware releases meet the highest standards for usability, safety, and performance.
You’ll work across Sanso's software products and physical/hardware products such as smart devices and IoTs.
- Design and implement test plans for mobile apps (iOS/Android), web apps, APIs, and microservices.
- Perform manual and automated testing for Functional, Regression, Integration, Load/Performance & security (where applicable).
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.).
- Conduct bug tracking, reporting, debugging & resolving the issues and verification.
- Validate backend systems, including Node.js APIs, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and payment processing flows.
- Validate localization, UI/UX compliance, other data features.
- Maintain and enforce QA/QC SOPs for software.
- Ensure product compliance with GDPR, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and safety standards.
- Work closely with DevOps and product teams to maintain CI/CD testing and release validation pipelines.
- Prepare QA documentation and quality reports for internal audit and stakeholder review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field.
- Min. 2-4 years of experience in QA/QC in software & apps.
- Strong understanding of QA tools, test frameworks, and lifecycle.
- Experience working with APIs, databases, web/mobile.

- Duty Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm (including Lunch Break)
- Depending Upon Projects and timelines meeting, employees might be asked to stay for long. (No overtime)
