To meet and exceed the financial and activity goals as set individually by MillerKnoll
Through territory focussed activity, lead generation. The job is to develop interest and create buying potential for MillerKnoll products. This is both in partnership with the dealer and independently. To involve and co-ordinate MillerKnoll and dealer resources against sales opportunities. To have ownership and be accountable for the opportunity until point of order.
Provide accurate forecasting information in a timely manner and other useful market information.
Specific responsibilities
- Achieve the financial sales goal through proactive lead & New Business opportunity generation by having a strong focus on identifying and creating sales opportunities for MillerKnoll and dealers in the territory.
- Focus and own new opportunities in conjunction with the Regional Sales team and allocate opportunity to elected dealer.
- Work with dealer on larger dealer generated New Business opportunity and competitively held accounts.
- Work with Sales Managers, Global Account Managers, Major Project Groups, A and D and Channel Development on new opportunities as required.
- Network and develop relationships with Influencers & End Users within the territory to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Major focus on local UAE accounts and government institutions.
- Regularly attend new Networking events.
- Promote MillerKnoll products and services at all times and act in the best interests of MillerKnoll in order to meet and exceed the individual volume target.
- Ensure the highest quality of presentation whether verbal or written (RFI / RFP / Tender) - Whether MillerKnoll or dealer – Best in class.
- Ensure focus remains on new business by passing non-sales related activity to other MillerKnoll colleagues, e.g. Channel Support, Customer Care and Dealer Sales Manager.
- Acquire product and program knowledge to ensure full personal capability to verbalise MillerKnoll’s differentiators and those of our products/programs against competitors.
- Gain an understanding of the furniture market and relevant activity in the territory and build relationships with key influencers in a territory.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to the Regional Manager and ensure Salesforce is accurate, updated and utilised to its full potential on all opportunities.

The Large Electric Power Solutions (LEPS) team is responsible for growing and supporting sales of 3500 C175 and 3600 diesel generator sets G3500 and Mannheim-sourced gas generator sets aftermarket services and hybrid. As a Sales Territory Manager you will play a crucial role in growing sales of LEPS products and CVA at point of sales within the European & CIS region. You will be working in close collaboration with your assigned dealers to deliver on their targets and execute the Electric Power Divisions strategy in those dealers respective territories.
What you will do:
- Deliver the annual total sales business plan for the assigned dealer territories
- Manage sales variance to achieve enterprise price realization and support growth initiatives
- Deliver the CVA at point of sales business plan for the assigned dealer territory
- Develop dealer capabilities and market coverage with existing and new products
- Assist dealers in closing LEPS projects and growing PINS while tracking projects by stage in CRM system
- Identify key accounts and influencers in each territory and develop a plan with assigned dealers to best cover those accounts
- Participate in strategic projects such as Leadership Tables and Service Growth Plans for selected Dealers
- Apply commercial knowledge to package finance availability dealer capabilities products and services in a complete customer solution to maximize differentiation/value
