• Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Speech and Language Therapy/Speech Pathology/Speech therapy/Speech or
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current/Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Speech and Phonetics field in hospital or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups and the measurement of training effects.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Arabic language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
• Knowledge of human behaviour and performance, individual differences in ability, personality, and interests, learning and motivation.
• Skills in sound clinical judgments/decision-making for case management.
• Ability to reflect on practice with peers and managers and identify their own strengths and development needs.

A Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid HAAD license are required. Key skills include diagnosing speech disorders, creating individualized therapy plans, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with children and adults with varying needs.
