About the RoleThe Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for creating innovative and impactful training solutions using the latest learning technologies and software.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain role-based competency metrics.
- Identify skills gaps and design targeted learning programs.
- Assess training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance improvements to evaluate program success.

Overview of the role:
As a Technical Training Consultant with the Al-Futtaim Automotive Academy, you will play a key role in developing competent, high-performing associates through engaging technical training programmes, coaching, and assessments. You will ensure our technicians are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge aligned with brand standards across products. This role covers both UAE and regional training support.
What you will do:
- Conduct training needs analysis and design, develop, and deliver blended technical training programmes.
- Lead recruitment drives, sponsorship programmes, and on-the-job development activities.
- Provide technical support to technicians both on-site and at customer premises.
- Coordinate with brand principals and branch managers to ensure strong collaboration and support.
