About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that drive business success. With at least 8 years of hands-on experience, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate business goals into impactful learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Strategy & Design: Develop and execute end-to-end L&D strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps and recommend targeted training interventions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, with proven ability to design and implement end-to-end L&D programs.
- Hands-on experience with training delivery, LMS administration, instructional design, and facilitation.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and present insights to influence L&D and talent strategy.
- Certifications such as CPLP, SHRM-SCP, or relevant instructional design credentials are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural, or matrixed organisation.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Canva, etc.).
