As part of the Change Management team, you will be in charge of driving awareness, understanding, and adoption across the organization. You will help translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, connected, and engaging experiences for our people.
Your responsibilities will include the below:
- Change Impact Assessment: Analyze and document how the new processes will impact ways of working across functions (Planning, Payroll, HR, Finance, Omnichannel, B2B Distribution, and Logistics); consolidate insights across workstreams to inform transition and adoption plans.
- Communications & Engagement: Support the rollout of the Group‑wide change and engagement strategy; develop communications, leadership messages, and release‑based communications, that connect changes to the wider transformation story, to build awareness, engagement and readiness for go live.
- Training & Capability Building: Work closely with the training team to ensure training content reflects the new ways of working.
- Change Readiness & Adoption: Contribute to readiness assessments, activation index tracking, and post‑go live adoption measurement. Analyze sentiment, feedback from the change network to identify where reinforcement or refresher training is needed.
- Stakeholder & Change Network Support: Engage with business leads, super users, and local change agents to cascade messages, gather feedback, and champion adoption during the different phase of the program.
- You have a strong background in change management, ideally within complex retail or consumer goods organizations. Experience in leading change within tech transformation projects is particularly valued.
- You have previous GCC experience, which is considered a plus.
- You are familiar with SAP/S4HANA and Blue Yonder; exposure to these systems is an advantage.
- You hold a Prosci certification or equivalent, which is considered a plus.
- You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Arabic considered an advantage.
- You have a proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and engage diverse stakeholders in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- You are analytical, structured, and collaborative, with the confidence to challenge the status‑quo constructively.

The Demand Creation Lead Arabia & Marketing Transformation Lead PTAB is responsible for a business in Arabia spanning 6 countries (UAE, KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) driving consumer demand and achieving business objectives for a portfolio of beauty brands in the designated markets and reports to the General Manager and Commercial Lead for the Business Unit and will be a key member of the PTAB B&W leadership team in this capacity.
This role is pivotal in translating business strategy into actionable marketing plans, leading demand creation teams, and championing a digital-first, social-first approach to brand building and consumer engagement across channels. The role also drives Marketing Transformation across PTAB, an exciting area where the role will influence a social-first shift in brand building by partnering with country GMs and Marketing Leads - ensuring brands are digitally dominant and culturally relevant across the region.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Translate the Business Unit's strategic vision into comprehensive Brand Marketing Plans specifically tailored for the market, leading the development and execution to achieve growth in Arabia, focusing on mix development and innovation with strong executional excellence
+ Lead and inspire the market Demand Creation Teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in execution.

Partner with General Managers and Marketing Leads across all PTAB countries to co-create and deploy transformation programs that elevate market capabilities in social first adoption.

+ Collaborate closely with Business Groups to develop impactful brand assets, create compelling content, and amplify brand messaging across digital and retail platforms in the market, coordinating these efforts for broader regional alignment.

Experience
+ Demand Creation Leadership: 10+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on demand generation, brand building and digital marketing within the consumer goods industry. Experience in the beauty or a related sector (e.g., fashion, luxury, lifestyle) is preferred.
+ Innovative Marketing Expertise: A track record of integrated marketing experience, particularly in brand product and asset development through disruptive methodologies.
