Primary responsibility will involve leveraging Oracle Fusion modules for demand forecasting and supply planning while actively leading the S&OP processes.

Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting via Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Module.
Conduct historical baseline corrections to refine demand forecasts.
Incorporate miscellaneous issues affecting demand patterns.
Integrate LTO & Promotional volumes based on discussions with Central supply chain and Marketing, considering absolute cannibalization.
Adjust system recommendations to accommodate brand uplifts and upcoming NSOs (New Store Opening).
Maintain the highest level of forecast accuracy two months in advance (M-2), employing thorough analysis to identify and address any deviations from the norm.
- Supply Planning via Oracle Fusion Supply Planning Module
Utilize the approved Systems Demand Plan to execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) through Oracle Fusion.
Generate Purchase requisitions at SKU and Supplier levels to maintain optimal inventory levels. Analyze supply gaps and devise alternative plans for effective mitigation.
- Exception Management
Address potential expiry risks using the supply plan, ensuring proactive measures are in place. Efficiently oversee SKU transitions, ensuring timely activation and deactivation to maintain the utmost accuracy of restaurant orders.
Understand and strategize for Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOBs) inventory, taking necessary action plans.
- S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
Lead and facilitate S&OP meetings at both market and brand levels on monthly basis.
Manage Inventory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drive LTO/Promotion Planning, guaranteeing 100% Raw Material (RM) availability for timely promotions.
Oversee SKU transitions to ensure operational excellence.
Implement depletion plans to reduce SLOBs and mitigate potential expiry risks.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
