- Stay updated on advancements in trauma surgery and participate in continuing education.
- Adhere to protocols and guidelines in patient care.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in General Surgery.
- Sub-specialization in Trauma Surgery.
- Minimum of 5 years' trauma surgery experience.
- Extensive knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques.
- Proficiency with advanced surgical instruments and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
