We are seeking a skilled Offshore Welding Activities Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in preparation of offshore welds joint markups on engineering design drawings and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of these drawings.
- Precision preparation of welding joint markups on engineering design drawings.
- Effective management of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) / Weld Map Drawings and Weld Summary List (WSL) for offshore welds.
- Accurate calculation of weld lengths for estimating welding consumables.
- Thorough understanding of client standards related to component categories and NDT requirements.
- Familiarity with brownfield hookup / transportation & installation related welds.
- Excellent coordination skills with yard and related engineering disciplines (structural, E&I, piping, etc.).
- Strong comprehension of piping isometric drawings for offshore weld markups and WSL.
- In-depth knowledge of offshore installation methods, including installation aids and additional supporting structures.
Key Requirements
- Proven knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, and basic machining processes.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
- Comprehensive understanding of steel, aluminum, and stainless materials.
- Exceptional math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Meticulous attention to detail with consistent follow-up.
- Able to understand and solve complex problems.

- Must be physically fit to be able to board vessels offshore.
- Should possess a valid GCC driving license.
- Any diploma, degree in business or engineering
