• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining shared folders, and coordinating with other departments
• Conduct basic research to support content and campaign development

• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. • Ensure all events are executed within the allocated budget and achieve maximum value for the company.
• Work with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, sales, and PR to create integrated branding and event strategies.
• Lead and mentor a small team of event coordinators or assistants to ensure successful event execution.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate with IT department to identify innovative technology required that will strengthen the achievement of the commercial objectives.
