About your roleAs a Senior Consultant, you will be part of our dynamic consulting team in KSA, contributing to digital transformation projects. Your role involves collaborating with senior consultants, analysing data, and implementing AI-driven solutions. You will be required to be a part of a growth strategy for Infosys Consulting in the Middle East region, focussing in KSA initially but not limited to one country. You will be required to work closely with our sales and account leadership teams to shape up solution and deliver them as part of a team focused on ecommerce, customer services and digital transformations.
You.- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
- Act as a strong SME in any one of the areas of customer services, e commerce, digital platforms, Value stream analysis and design in one or more areas of supply chain management.
- Demonstrate your ability to work as part of techno functional teams and lead project teams in your area of expertise.
- Apply your knowledge of AI concepts (machine learning, natural language processing, etc.) to project tasks.

This role will be based in the Dubai office and responsible for driving brand growth and market presence across the Middle East and Africa. There will be a direct reporting line to the International HQ and regular interaction with Country Managers to identify key growth drivers and influence marketing activity. A clear focus for the role will be to develop tailored trade marketing plans that align with both local market needs and central brand guidelines. The Marketing Specialist will help to inform category management strategies which are tailored to both consumers and retailers, with the goal of increasing market share through insight-driven approaches. In collaboration with the leadership team, this role will be responsible for recommending assortment plans, promotional campaigns, event activations, and merchandising solutions for key accounts. This will include implementing impactful promotional events that include theme definition, offers, and in-store POS tools. In addition, the successful individual will have budget management control, with the expectation to build and monitor local marketing budgets to ensure delivery of plans while maximizing ROI.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should hold a Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing and communication, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Consumer Goods/FMCG marketing. A strong understanding of retail and distribution dynamics is essential, along with solid experience managing marketing activities across the UAE and ideally various MEA countries. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, alongside excellent project management and communication skills.
