Academic Teaching Position in Dubai

• Teaching Responsibilities: The typical time commitment includes contact hours within the classroom, preparation time, assessment and feedback time, all over a 12-15 week teaching and assessment semester.
• Mentorship and Support: Provide effective, well-documented, and timely feedback both formative and summative. Offer pastoral support, recognising when to refer a student for further support.
• Materials Development: Support in developing relevant materials in accordance with the content, design, and delivery, and the quality of teaching and learning in consultation with colleagues.

Requirements:

• A degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
• Excellent communication skills: programmes are delivered in English, so fluency in English is essential.

In addition, faculty contribute to multidisciplinary research, potentially working with scholars from other programs in areas that include:
