Monitoring and Analyzing KPIs:

Measuring Internal Business Processes:

1. Ensure that the effectiveness of internal business processes is systematically measured and reported as part of the BSC scorecard for each function.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

Implementing Change Management Framework:

1. Implement and manage the Change Management Framework to enable the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
2. Facilitate training and communication efforts to ensure that all team members understand and embrace change.

Executing Strategic Plans:

1. Work closely with senior leadership to execute and implement strategic plans that align with long-term organizational goals.
2. Monitor progress toward strategic objectives and adjust initiatives as necessary to ensure alignment with changing priorities.

Managing Cross-Functional Teams:

1. Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of performance improvement initiatives.
2. Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Stakeholder Communication:

1. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
2. Provide regular updates on performance management initiatives, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

2. Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Balanced Scorecard reporting and organizational performance management.
