The organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the International Health Talent Acquisition Team, reporting directly to the IH Head of Talent.
This role will support the IH Senior Leadership Team and other IH leaders with all Senior Level (Band 5+) hiring, playing a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top executive talent to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive-level recruiting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience managing the Talent Acquisition process across various regions, preferably in Europe, MEA, or APAC markets.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top executive talent.
- Strong understanding of market mapping, headhunting, and pipelining techniques.
