Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Identity Access Management (IAM) professional to join their Information Security team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  1. Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning for all directory services and applications.
  2. Perform password resets and delegated administration tasks as required.
  3. Support and troubleshoot IAM infrastructure, including data cleansing and resolving access-related support tickets.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our new access control product line. This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate professional who can align market needs with company’s short-long-term vision, ensuring seamless development of access control related products and features.

  • Identify market and customer needs for access control products align them with the company’s mid and long-term goals;
  • Research markets and competitors to ensure the best value proposition;
  • Manage entire product lifecycle— from ideation through launch, to continuous improvement;
  • Take full ownership over the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of Ajax Access Control devices, features. Define and articulate them clearly with business and R&D stakeholders;
  • Analyze, and integrate feedback to refine product features and ensure regulatory compliance;
  • Prioritize data-driven and feedback-driven approach in feature development, ensuring minimal risks and time to market.
