The Role
Vehicle Operations Specialist, Middle East Abu Dhabi Operations /Contract /On-site What you will do: • Thoroughly understand how our self-driving technology works. • Stay on top of countless daily changes, both big and small. • Safely operate test vehicles for up to 8 hours a day to evaluate and help improve our autonomous driving system. • Consistently make exceptional judgment calls. • Share detailed feedback on our technology and top priorities with engineers and managers. • Be the voice of the company to self-driving enthusiasts and curious onlookers. • Demonstrate work flexibility in a startup environment – responsibilities include: regularly washing company vehicles, garage maintenance support, carrying things as needed, picking up co-workers (when on business trips), and any other non in vehicle task ad hoc task as needed.

Requirements
• Prior customer-facing driving experience, such as working for ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft, or as a taxi driver. • Strong focus on safety first. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Preferred to have • Experience as an AV (Autonomous Vehicle) Safety Officer • Proven record of success thriving in a team setting. • Passion for vehicles and/or experience in vehicle maintenance. • Expertise in vehicle technology. • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Job Objective :- Assist the logistics manager in performing routine logistics activities, inventory management, import /export activities.

Key Responsibilities/Duties :-

  • Coordinate annual physical counts.
  • Assist Logistics Manager with the shipments to and from warehouses
  • Prepare Sales & Service Invoices and its distribution
  • Prepare export documentation as required by the Logistics Department.
  • Reconciliation of warehouse inventory with System inventory warehouses/Rigs periodically
  • Coordinate with freight forwarder and clear the import shipment and obtain necessary
  • Review Freight forwarder service invoice and forward to Logistics Manager for approval.
  • Follow and adhere to QHSE policies and processes
  • Follow and adhere to PPC policies and processes.

Ability & Skills :-

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

• An ability to handle the pressures arising from having to meet deadlines and targets.

• Teamwork and collaboration.

• Good knowledge of drilling fluids products & equipment’s is a plus

Experience :-
