We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator with a valid UAE forklift operating license to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, loading, and unloading of materials within our facility or warehouse, while strictly adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products in designated areas.
• Ensure accurate documentation of materials handled and inventory moved.
• Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure forklifts are in good working condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines, regulations, and company procedures.
• Assist in general warehouse duties when required.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.

• Valid UAE Forklift Operating License (Mandatory)
• Proven experience as a forklift operator (minimum 1-3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of warehouse data systems and basic inventory procedures
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and equipment handling practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime if required

• Experience operating different types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack)
• Basic understanding of English or Arabic for workplace communication
• Previous experience in construction industry.

Responsible for operating the forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count finished goods and merchandise. Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load, offload, transfer materials safely and move products to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store materials in appropriate areas.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type are loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Move products from staging and/or storage areas into trailers efficiently.
• Report the status of transfer/loading periodically to the Line Manager.
• Maintain records related to delivery, material transfer, and equipment usage (log book).
• Check vehicle conditions such as fuel, tire pressure, punctures, fluids, engine temperature lights, etc., before operating the forklift.
