The role holder is responsible for loading and unloading of trucks and containers verifying the quantities of goods loaded/offloaded stock movement inside warehouse.

• Responsible for offloading goods from the vehicles and containers
• Receiving items through RF guns and ensure correct production date expiry date lot no and quantity is been captured.
• Sorting and segregation of products as per SKUs weight quantity etc.
• Moving of inbound pallets from STAGE to INLOCK and outbound pallets from chamber to loading area.

The primary objective of this role is to maintain a seamless inventory management system, ensuring all goods are received, stored, and issued efficiently.

• Upon receipt, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase orders to guarantee accuracy.

• Properly document all deliveries, and report any discrepancies to the Storekeeper or Purchasing department in a timely manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and accessible storage environment for all stock, adhering to designated storage areas and guidelines.

• Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to support smooth hotel operations.

• Accurately record stock movement using the hotel's inventory system, facilitating efficient tracking and reconciliation.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in monthly stocktaking and reconciliation processes.

• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low stock or overstock situations to prevent inefficiencies.

• Adhere to proper storage guidelines, including temperature control for perishable goods, to preserve quality and shelf life.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and security standards within store areas to maintain a secure working environment.

• Assist with unloading and handling of deliveries to minimize damage and loss.

• Support the purchasing team with ad hoc tasks related to inventory and supply chain operations as needed.
