About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect who brings real-world architecture experience and excels in working collaboratively with engineers, designers and stakeholders. The role involves deeply understanding our tech stack (for apps, SDKs, SaaS platforms, etc.) and applying that knowledge to design scalable systems that adhere to our design principles.

• Design robust and scalable architectures for all sorts of systems (apps, SDKs, SaaS platforms, etc.) that are tailor-made for our specific tech stack. Use systems-level thinking to structure components for reliability, scalability and maintainability.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, practical architectures.

• Contribute to guiding development through code reviews, building PoCs and skeleton structures.

• Write and review technical proposals to ensure they align with the agreed architecture.

• Keep up to date with new tools, frameworks and ideas, and spot and suggest opportunities to improve our systems.

• 5+ years in Technical Architect (or similar) roles.

• Strong experience in developing using JavaScript and C++ at a hands-on level.

• Past experience developing or architecting successful and scalable applications. Experience with P2P is great to have.

• Strong understanding of architecture principles, patterns and best practices, combined with the ability to quickly absorb and adapt to new stacks and tools.

• Skilled in collaborating and communicating technical ideas in a clear, concise, and friendly manner across diverse teams.

• Proficiency in creating and managing architectural artifacts like diagrams, specs, and documentation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for simplifying complex technical challenges.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA program deployed on Microsoft Azure Cloud. As a key member of our enterprise transformation team, you will architect a secure, scalable, and high-performance SAP landscape that leverages Azure’s capabilities, driving innovation and agility across the organization.

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture design and strategy for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.

• Define target technical architecture including on-premise, cloud, or hybrid deployment models.

• Establish technical standards, frameworks, and design patterns across the SAP landscape.

• Oversee system landscape design including sizing, scalability, performance, high availability, and disaster recovery.

• Collaborate with BASIS and infrastructure teams for SAP system provisioning, environment setup, and technical operations.

• Drive integration strategy with legacy systems and third-party applications using SAP BTP, PI/PO, or other middleware.

• Provide guidance on data migration architecture and tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, SAP Migration Cockpit).

• Define security architecture in coordination with GRC and cybersecurity teams.

• Act as the primary technical escalation point across streams for architecture-related decisions.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance policies.

• Support testing, cutover planning, and production readiness from a technical standpoint.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP technical experience, including at least 3+ years in a Technical Architect role.

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations in large enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of SAP architecture including S/4HANA Core, Fiori, SAP BTP, and Integration Suite.

• Deep knowledge of system integration, infrastructure, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and SAP on HANA.

• Experience with technical migration, system conversions, and custom code remediation strategies.
