We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Well Intervention Engineer specializing in offshore rigless operations to join our team in the UAE. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing well intervention activities conducted from wellhead platforms and vessels, excluding traditional rig-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute well intervention programs for offshore rigless operations, addressing production optimization, well integrity, and reservoir management.

* Plan and supervise rigless well intervention activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.

* Expertly select and design appropriate intervention equipment and techniques for rigless applications (e.g., slickline, coiled tubing, wireline).

* Monitor and analyze real-time well data during offshore operations, making necessary adjustments to optimize intervention effectiveness.

* Collaborate closely with offshore teams, including vessel crews and well site supervisors, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of rigless operations.

* Conduct detailed post-intervention analysis to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to continuous learning.

* Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and field personnel.

* Manage budgets and schedules for rigless well intervention campaigns.

* Maintain a strong focus on safety and environmental responsibility throughout all offshore rigless operations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.

* Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Well Intervention Engineer, with significant and demonstrable experience in offshore rigless operations.

* Extensive knowledge of rigless well intervention techniques, equipment, and procedures.

* Strong understanding of offshore safety regulations and operational best practices.

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills in a dynamic offshore environment.

* Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.

* UAE offshore experience is mandatory.
