Role Summary

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability fundamentals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment; excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can clearly explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience designing for AI-powered tools, automation systems, or data platforms
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and how they translate into user-facing features
