Satellite Clinic Specific:
- Identifies the patient accurately.
- Responds appropriately to urgent/emergency situations and directs team members accordingly.
- Provides nursing care before and after procedures.
- Books patients for appointments, procedures, or treatments as per the treatment plan.
- Follows up on diagnostic tests and coordinates with physicians to inform patients about results and follow-up needs.
- Maintains consultation rooms in a clean and stocked condition before and after patient visits.
- Ensures patient education is provided upon discharge.
- Reports medical equipment due for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) monthly.
- Addresses urgent care cases with physicians.
- Completes all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tasks promptly.
- Calls patients to inform them of lab and imaging results and schedules appointments accordingly.
- Updates patients on the status of their requests.
- Coordinates with insurance coordinators for approvals.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (minimum of three years full-time study).
- Valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or last country of employment (if applicable).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or other relevant certifications based on scope of practice.
