Graphic Design

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and event signage.
• Develop creative concepts and design for client proposals, presentations, and custom itineraries.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design visually compelling presentations for meetings, events, and campaigns.

Content Creation

• Create and manage original content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Write compelling copy that aligns with the company's tone and engages target audiences.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage the creation of visual content (images, videos, reels) for social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).

Branding & Identity

• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s overall brand strategy, tone, and style.
• Maintain and update the visual assets library and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Marketing Campaign Management

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the DMC's services.
• Create engaging content for digital channels, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, and paid advertisements.
• Availability to work on-site at the office
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
• Creative, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

The Role

As Social Media Content Creator , you will be responsible for ideating, producing, and editing high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms that aligns with Minimalist’s brand identity. From social media visuals to short-form video and campaign creatives, bringing our story and products to life. This role is based at our headquarters in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for Minimalist's social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars aligned with overall brand strategy and campaign objectives.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes moments for social media.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, building brand loyalty and community.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and ensure continuous growth and engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and innovations, ensuring Minimalist remains at the forefront of social media content creation.

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• At least 3+ years of experience in social media/content creation, ideally in a UAE-based eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/luxury brand.
• A portfolio showcasing creative and compelling social media content (photography, videography, graphics).
• A keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment.
• Strong understanding of current social media platforms-Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc along with trends in the market.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
