Job Overview:
- Execute and optimize procurement processes, negotiate contracts, develop supplier relationships, ensure budget compliance and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and contracting: Executing sourcing strategies, budget alignment, supplier assessment, procurement document development, building long-term supplier partnerships, market research, contract review and negotiation, supplier performance evaluation, and supporting report preparation.
- Procurement policies and procedures: Ensure implementation of procurement policies and procedures and provide suggestion to update and amend them.
Job Specifications:
- 5+ years' experience in a Procurement role.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field e.g., business administration, operations management etc.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to handle and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent negotiation skills. Able to manage multiple senior stakeholders – with strong commercial acumen.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management and cost-saving initiatives.
