Job Description

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare good quality meal as per the menu.
  2. Give instructions and guidance to the Asst. Cooks for mis-en-place.
  3. Ensure that all the working areas are always hygienically clean and tidy.
  4. Keep kitchen equipment clean and tidy immediately after the work.
  5. Be responsible for the correct use of ingredients whilst cooking.
