We're looking for a Midweight Brand Designer to join our Dubai studio – someone creatively intuitive, with a love of visual storytelling, and the ability to turn bold, and brave brand thinking into crafted, original design.

With studios in London, Dubai, Riyadh and Monaco, no two projects are the same here. One month you might be helping brand an entirely new city; the next, shaping the visual identity of a fast-moving F&B startup, or developing a wellness concept from the ground up. From megaprojects and cultural destinations to boutique consumer brands, our work spans industries, audiences, and scales – with the same strategic depth and creative ambition throughout.

This role is for a midweight brand designer who wants that kind of variety – and who's ready to shape work that resonates across sectors, platforms, and cultures. Someone who's excited about redefining branding in the region and beyond. Regional experience is a bonus, but ultimately, we're after a curious, brave and bold, conceptual designer and thinker – who's ready to take ownership, push boundaries, and shape work that makes an impact.

What you'll do:

  • Design brand identities across a wide range of sectors – F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, culture, and civic
  • Support concept development and take ownership of design execution across key projects
  • Translate strategy and creative direction into distinctive visual outputs
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers, strategists, writers, and developers
  • Contribute ideas, moodboards, and design routes in early-stage concepting
  • Present work internally and contribute to client presentations
  • Be an active part of our creative culture – open, curious, and always pushing for better

What you'll bring:

  • At least 3–5 years in brand or design studios, with a strong portfolio showing identity systems, typography, and design craft
  • A good understanding of brand storytelling, systems, and strategy
  • Strong graphic design, layout, typography, and visual composition skills
  • Confidence to work independently while knowing when to ask for input or support
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from more senior creatives
  • Passion for branding, design culture, and meaningful work

Bonus, but not essential:

  • Motion design or animation skills
  • UI/UX or digital brand experience
  • Experience working in the MENA region or with multilingual brands
  • Familiarity with branding for destinations, cultural projects, or hospitality

Supporting the KSA work winning team we are looking for a Graphic Design Manager with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling visuals to support our tender submission process. The post holder will play a crucial role in art working tender submissions translating complex information into visually engaging designs that communicate our value proposition and competitive advantages. They will work closely with our business generation and project teams to ensure that tender submissions are of the highest visual standard and on brand.

Key responsibilities

Bidding and pitching

  • Develop design layout and graphic elements for tender documents proposals and presentations ensuring all materials are aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the bid team to conceptualise visuals based on requirements.
  • Create graphic elements (charts infographics diagrams) that effectively communicate our messages and data.
  • Ensure that all design elements are highquality and optimized for print and digital platforms.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects within tight deadlines maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide creative input and suggest improvements to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of bid library content and contribute to continuous improvement of graphic design for all Business Generation related content.

Skills and behaviors required

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a digital / graphic design role with a substantial bidding component with proven experience of supporting winning bid delivery
  • Ability to clearly communicate design concepts and complex information to brief / manage external freelance designers
  • A strong visual aesthetic and creative ability to develop bespoke designs for complex information
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Adobe CC Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field
  • Proven graphic design experience preferably within the professional services industry or related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing skills in art working layout and data visualization.

  • The post holder will be based in our office in Dubai or Riyadh
  • There may be a requirement for occasional travel across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

Our Graphic Designer Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that elevate the brand across multiple platforms. He/She will collaborate closely with the content production, social, marketing, and commercial teams to translate and develop requirements into design. He/She will also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of creativity.

  • Support with the creative direction and execution of high-quality design projects, ensuring they align with the Brand's visual identity and strategic goals
  • Conceptualize visually engaging graphics for physical and digital assets based on requirements
  • Innovate the brand, looking at how we can do things differently and stand out, getting inspired by design trends and trying new things
  • Communicate design concepts and progress effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity and strategic alignment. Be able to present ideas and concepts confidently and efficiently.
  • Support and collaborate with the Social team to develop creative assets (e.g. mood boards, posts) for their different channels
  • Collaborate with Creative subfunctions (Content Production, Social, Copy) to ensure the final concept and ideas are on-brand
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all designs reflect the brand's identity, values, and messaging consistently across all content and channels
  • Utilize advanced design tools to produce high-quality, production-ready visuals
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining attention to detail and quality across all outputs
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, and industry best practices, continuously improving design processes and incorporating fresh ideas
  • Mentor and manage junior graphic designers, offering constructive feedback to help them grow and improve their design skills

Job Purpose: Senior Marketing Managers independently establish, maintain, and evaluate marketing plans in line with Event Strategies with final sign-off from the Portfolio Marketing Lead.

  • Ensure show websites are fully up to date with the latest information in accordance with the campaign cycle.
  • Ensure all social media channels are setup accordingly with business guidelines, frequently maintained and monitored to attract, engage, and convert followers.
  • Create a well-thought-through data build and verification strategy aligned with your event goals and KPIs.
  • Work with internal compliance team to ensure all activities meet expectations.
  • Work with shared services teams (data, digital etc.) ensuring requirements are submitted in advance of the deadline date and that the brief is clear and specific.
  • Effectively manage third-party suppliers and partners with clear, documented service level agreements to ensure deliverables are of the highest standard. This includes but is not limited to PR, digital, social media, and registration agencies.
  • Build and manage relationships with key media partners and associations to support efforts in creating awareness and driving participation.
  • Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral e.g. sales brochures, post-show reports, print ads, web banners, email templates etc., in a format that delights, engages, and drive conversions.
  • Write creative, persuasive copy for a wide range of media, ensuring it has gone through the necessary approvals and is error-free.
  • Have a keen interest in and ability to analyze and report on response rates and trends from activities and campaigns to ensure we’re on track to meet KPIs, improve campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and pre-empt risk.
  • Share relevant insights and recommendations with sales, event teams, and senior management, using available analytical and visualization tools.
  • Stay closely connected to the core customer profiles, collecting feedback to ensure the event is meeting their expectations and that you’re aware of industry changes and nuances.
  • Keep abreast of and explore new marketing channels, tactics, and methodologies to enhance marketing performance.

Job Purpose:Senior Marketing Managers independently establish, maintain, and evaluate marketing plans in line with Event Strategies with final sign-off from the Portfolio Marketing Lead.

Direct Reports:The Senior Marketing Manager is most likely to have direct reports including a Marketing Manager (where applicable), Marketing Executive, and/or Marketing Coordinators, and can manage, nurture, and empower both direct and indirect reports.

Key Accountabilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Manage a team of marketers working across a range of eventswithin the portfolio.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to direct line reports.
  • Contribute to a culture of positivity, high performance and a growth mindset.
  • Where applicable develop clear development roadmaps for high potentials.
  • Ensure direct line reports are competent people managers and have the skills and training required to manage junior team members or specialists.
  • Identify training needs and ensure line reports are technically proficient.
  • Champion the adoption and optimization of marketing technology solutions.
  • Ability to persuade and influence senior members of the team with fact-based insight and feedback.

Planning, Campaign Management & Execution, Analysis & Insights:

  • Lead on the strategic thinking, planning, and execution of an integrated multi-channel marketing plan and budget that aligns with the overall Event Strategy.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the industry and supply chain the event serves, including its key stakeholders for data segmentation and messaging purposes.
  • Develop personas, value propositions, and messaging for each of the key stakeholder profiles.
  • Work closely with direct line reports to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns in line with agreed KPI’s.
  • Create and deliver a Content Marketing plan that resonates with your audience and supports event goals.
  • Create a website strategy that attracts and converts visitors, using Google Analytics to effectiveness.
  • Ensure show websites are fully up to date with the latest information in accordance with the campaign cycle.
  • Ensure all social media channels are setup accordingly with business guidelines, frequently maintained and monitored to attract, engage, and convert followers.
  • Create a well-thought-through data build and verification strategy aligned with your event goals and KPIs.
  • Work with internal compliance team to ensure all activities meet expectations.
  • Work with shared services teams (data, digital etc.) ensuring requirements are submitted in advance of the deadline date and that the brief is clear and specific.
  • Effectively manage third-party suppliers and partners with clear, documented service level agreements to ensure deliverables are of the highest standard. This includes but is not limited to PR, digital, social media, and registration agencies.
  • Build and manage relationships with key media partners and associations to support efforts in creating awareness and driving participation.
  • Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral e.g. sales brochures, post-show reports, print ads, web banners, email templates etc., in a format that delights, engages, and drive conversions.
  • Write creative, persuasive copy for a wide range of media, ensuring it has gone through the necessary approvals and is error-free.
  • Have a keen interest in and ability to analyze and report on response rates and trends from activities and campaigns to ensure we’re on track to meet KPIs, improve campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and pre-empt risk.
  • Share relevant insights and recommendations with sales, event teams, and senior management, using available analytical and visualization tools.
  • Stay closely connected to the core customer profiles, collecting feedback to ensure the event is meeting their expectations and that you’re aware of industry changes and nuances.
  • Keep abreast of and explore new marketing channels, tactics, and methodologies to enhance marketing performance.
