Job Description

  • Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Maintain continuous business relationship with clients/ Restaurants.
  • Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationship and resolve operational issues between clients/ restaurant and company.
  • Make sure that the menus of the clients are up to date at all times.
  • Optimize the restaurant content (MOA, Delivery time).
  • Commission rate renegotiation: - Building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts by renegotiating the offer.
  • Advertisement sales: -Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus, branding Talabat stickers at restaurants, banners and newsletter.
  • Generating food coupons, promotions and vouchers from existing restaurants.
  • Convince clients / restaurants for brand promotion of Talabat pictures.
  • Transmission method optimization: -Convincing clients / restaurants to implement track order feature and changing the transmission method to WLA.
  • Convince the restaurant to go for digitalization (Backlinks, Splash pages, White-label, Facebook button).
  • Encourage restaurant to subscribe for the online payment gateway.
  • Coordinate with the restaurant, if restaurant is live or active on the Talabat website, checking and resolve the reason, such as shutting down or stopped delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
    • Closed sales
    • Follow-up activities
    • Sales expense report
    • Increased sales report after placing promotion, voucher and coupons
    • Vendor analysis sheet
    • Account management report
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • From 2 to 4 years of experience holding the same title or relevant
  • *Residency in or relocation to RAK is a must*
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving service quality levels, supervising subordinates' day-to-day activities and client interactions, and ensuring that teams objectives are constantly met and revenue targets achieved while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.

  • The ideal candidate will conduct financial analysis on clients and their respective geographies/industries/markets to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • They will onboard new clients as and when required, originate new business opportunities with target clients across banking products, and obtain support from relevant stakeholders and governance forums to close deals.
  • The successful candidate will also develop Term Sheet Information Memorandum Mandate letter, etc., examine and resolve credit market and operational risk aspects of transactions in collaboration with products and enablement units.
  • They will maintain the credit quality of clients relationships within the Portfolio to an acceptable level set by the Banks management, pitch review negotiate and conclude deals.
  • The candidate will prepare and Maintain Account Plans for all clients with support from relevant partners, organize client meetings with relevant partners/seniority to deepen FAB relationship within the portfolio.
  • They will identify and develop cross-selling opportunities and increase cross-sell ratio and returns with clients, support client on their day-to-day banking requirements with support from other team members (as applicable).
  • The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction remains high and meets the targeted NPS score, align with other PCG teams as well as GTB GM and GCF product partners to identify and convert opportunities.
  • They will collaborate with other business divisions to drive cross-BU collaboration, support Unit/Divisional/Bank-wide initiatives (as required or assigned), follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • The candidate will conduct periodic reviews of risks within the portfolio on a regular basis, drive day-to-day administrative and transactional activities such as client calls documentation follow-up pipeline updates and any other activities in the unit/team to ensure continuity of work and delivery of effective/high-quality output.
  • They will ensure that internal processes for existing portfolio/NTBs are in-line with the Banks policies & procedures, manage and follow up on KYC and compliance requirements to ensure consistency with the Banks KYC and AML policies and regulatory requirements.
  • The successful candidate will ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met, ensure all clients files/documents are maintained, maintain a satisfactory audit on the portfolio, adhere to process KPIs and ORM BCP & Internal Audit requirements.
  • They will prepare timely and accurate statements and reports to meet the units requirements policies and standards.
