  • Good knowledge of today's major e-commerce and payments technologies, players and future trends

  • 2+ years of experience working in a PSP, Acquirer or similar

  • Experience in a B2B Enterprise Account Management and/or Relationship Management role in the FinTech and/or Payments industry

  • A strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills

  • Customer driven and able to establish robust relationships with assigned customer base

  • Multifaceted approach adapting to changing requirements with the ability to balance multiple opportunities

  • Proven consultative sales abilities and proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across multiple departments and influencing all levels within an external organisation

Account Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, and driving overall client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Development: Strengthen, expand, and maintain positive relationships between the agency and clients.
  • Project Coordination: Act as a key integrator between internal teams and capabilities, ensuring a common understanding of timelines, projects, and upcoming events/requirements.
  • Reporting: Maintain clear records, including briefs, status reports, timesheets, and contact reports.
  • Briefing Process: Receive and analyse briefs from clients, question them as necessary, and discuss with the Account Director and creative teams.
  • Client Proposals: Prepare and present proposals to clients, defending creative work and providing quotations for client approval.
  • Financial Procedures: Ensure that all financial procedures are in order, from estimation to submission to client approval.
  • Competitive Analysis & Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market landscapes to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Excellent time and project management abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work well within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving, initiative taking and adaptability skills.
  • Curious, go getter, and eager to learn.
