Vessel Command & Leadership Proven ability to take full command of offshore vessels. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Effective crew management and conflict resolution skills. Regulatory Compliance In-depth knowledge of ADNOC regulations, IMO, and international maritime laws. Familiarity with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and STCW requirements. Navigation & Operational Expertise Proficient in voyage planning, radar/ARPA, ECDIS, and navigational watchkeeping. Experience in DP (Dynamic Positioning) operations (if vessel is DP-equipped). Lead Process Engineer for Feasibility and Concept study / Pre-FEED / FEED / Detailed Engineering for the assigned projects.
Lead a team of Process Engineers
Ensure all Process engineering deliverables are prepared and issued in adherence with project schedule tender requirements fit for purpose and quality and complete the project within the budgeted hours.
Prepare/Review of process simulations.
Actively participate in workshops such as Design Review HAZID HAZOP SIL PHA constructability Reviews and provide close out to process related actions.
Ensure the Designers are familiarized with the scope of the project in order to prepare all drawings and detail in full compliance with the project requirements.
Manages internal interfaces with Project Managers and Project Engineering Managers for the assigned projects.
