Required Technical Skills
- Experience in using Oracle CRM is mandatory.

- Interaction with the Operations Team to manage advertising materials, and specifications, and ensure the smooth execution of ad campaigns.
- Communication with the finance department may be needed for handling estimates, invoices, and financial documentation related to sales.
- Following up on executing all advertising campaigns, including material specifications & availability.
- Maintaining correct order details in the CRM system.

- 20+ years experience in the construction industry;
- Previous civil experience specifically in heavy civil.
- University Degree / Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience;
- A proven track record of project success and team leadership;
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure such as: infrastructures, grade separation, bridges, dams, storm water management pond, in-water work, track work, and grading.
- Good knowledge in geology and geotechnical;
- Strong experience delivering large scale projects within a partnership environment;
- Strong experience with alternative delivery mode projects (Design Build, P3);
- Strong knowledge of financial management, as well as building codes and associated legislation;
- Good computer skills and previous experience with scheduling software;
- Frequent travel is required;
