Required skills to be successful

• Strong experience in market research, opportunity evaluation, and business case development.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated understanding of mobility trends, emerging automotive technologies, and disruptive business models.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodology and working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments is preferred

The Financial Controller role is integral to the efficient governance and control of financial services across UAE, GCC, and International geographies. The position demands accurate and timely reporting for all businesses under Financial Services management, in adherence to group and divisional deadlines. This role defines and guides financial operations and functions according to AFG guidelines, ensuring the financial statements reflect accurate finance positions in line with international accounting and reporting standards. As the lead for managing and developing accounting policies, the holder will ensure processes are robust, supervise financial accounting functions, publish monthly financial packs, and implement reliable reconciliation processes. Reporting needs to align with local and regulatory requirements, and oversight must be maintained over various systems and platforms related to rental, leasing, lending, and core accounting systems. What you will do:
Financial Governance and Framework
- Define accounting policies and processes in accordance with relevant IAS and IFRS standards.
- Record income and expense accounts accurately and according to policies.
- Manage contracts and agreements with all stakeholders.
- Submit financial results within the agreed reporting calendar while ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor accruals, payables, and receivables continuously to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with AFSS and Group Companies on intra-company transactions and settlements to prevent revenue leakage.

- The primary focus of the role will be to receive, check, verify all the parts as per the goods receipt, picking list and input the same in SAP.
What you will do:
- Take a printout of the packing list sent by the Principal / vendor and count the number of packages physically and verify whether it is as per packing list.
- Open the Packages, inspect for damages and count the individual quantity and verify the quantities received are correct and equals the packing list.
- Check whether the parts are physically correct by comparing part numbers in the packing list to the actual on the parts.
- Inspect for shortages, damages or in correctly received parts and if found raise a damage report and inform the supervisor.
- Arrange the parts as per size in separate area so that it will be easier for binning.
- With the packing list move the parts to appropriate locations by making sure those Heavy parts are moved to lower /medium locations and lighter parts on the top.
- Take utmost care while transporting the goods so that parts are not dropped or dragged and make sure that no damage occurs.
- Place items in the locations mentioned in the binning list or delivery order so that the complete quantity is located in the correct bin, and arranged in an orderly and safe manner
- Carry out loading and unloading of goods from containers, trailers or pick-ups promptly and carefully, ensuring safety of the goods.
- Use forklift or other loading devices to move the parts to correct locations and place it carefully.
- Prepare Good receipt on receiving the goods.
- Job holder maintains the stock of consumable items like Brake cleaner, WD40 and issue to workshops as and when required.

Overview of the roleProcure cost effective parts for day-to-day requirements of vehicle service, repair, and refurbishment. Expand the part stock level on service-related items for all Electric vehicles. Manage and maintain the physical parts storage at service location. Liaise with both internal parts stakeholders and with the brands. Create up to date reporting and develop forward stock planning programs.

- The primary focus of the role will be to receive, process and administer all departmental job costing in accordance with the retail and distributor process requirements and guidelines.
- Return unacceptable job cards to the appropriate department with clear and concise reasons for the rejection of the job card for costing.

- Support the Aftersales department in ensuring the correct invoicing of productive labour, consumables, oils, paint and materials and any sublet items are with the correct and accurate allocation of all job codes, repair incidents and associated repair codes for each repair, to minimise the lost productive time used on diagnostic of repairs, and to conduct all of this whilst operating within the retail and manufacturer guidelines.

Overview of the role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing gross margins, and promoting Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards throughout the customer journey
What you will do
• Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured sales process
• Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability
• Meet monthly F&I product sales targets
• Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction opportunities
• Achieve set targets for trade-ins and Dealer Installed Options (DIO) Accessories sales
• Manage leads to increase sales revenue, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries
• Capture customer data accurately to enable efficient follow-up and referencing
• Engage in continuous personal and professional growth through sales meetings and training session
Required skills to be successful
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer choice

You will be part of a collaborative team that interacts directly with Branch Managers, Branch Sales Executives, and Branch Support Staff. The team is dedicated to meeting sales and F&I targets while ensuring each customer receives comprehensive and satisfying sales experience

Overview of the Role
We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the technical aspects of the product or vehicle are up to date and for fixing problems correctly the first time.
What You Will Do
Carry out service and checks during service for trouble-free operation
Replace brake pads, bellows, belts, and pulleys
Identify potential problem causes while attending jobs both in the workshop and in the field
Maintain communication by explaining the work done to the Foreman or Service Advisor
Use tools and adopt best practices as mentioned in service manuals to improve productivity and efficiency
Read, understand, and implement instructions in workshop manuals and use service checklists where applicable
Required Skills to Be Successful
Basic/Technical education and/or apprenticeship
Trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Proven technical expertise in independently performing service, repairs, and component overhauls
4 to 5 years of experience working on heavy commercial vehicles
UAE driving license is an advantage
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
About the Team
You will be part of the Truck Division at FAMCO, working closely with the Foreman and other team members to ensure vehicle uptime and provideservice support to customers

Overview Of The Role:- The Technician is responsible for carrying out dealership service on customer vehicles according to company standards. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure high-quality, efficient, and productive service, thereby contributing to the workshop's revenue generation. The technician must also maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and adhere to performance indicators such as monthly booked hours reports. This role is critical within a customer-focused and performance-oriented environment, requiring a self-driven individual who is motivated to excel.
- Perform assigned repairs on customer vehicles in standard time or less, maintaining optimum quality.
- Identify and report potential future failures with additional job reports, including correct part numbers.
- Ensure the use of relevant check sheets and log sheets during diagnosing and repairs, adhering to standard procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following the standard job flow procedures.
- Perform required repairs per manufacturer standards, ensuring that repairs are fixed correctly the first time (FRFT).
- Contribute to workshop revenue through increased productivity and technical efficiency.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Proficiency with workshop tools and ability to utilize repair manuals.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Automobile related diploma or certificate.
- At least 3 years of relevant automotive experience.
- Strong mechanical and basic electrical knowledge.
- Familiarity with workshop equipment and tools. Ability to read and analyze schematic drawings and reference service manuals.
- Basic PC skills, with good communication abilities (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to provide established standards of customer service.
