The Cluster Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end enrolments strategy across a defined cluster of schools within the Aldar Education portfolio. This includes achieving enrolment targets, driving retention, enhancing parent experience, and implementing consistent admissions standards across all schools within the cluster. The role acts as a critical link between HQ strategy and school-level execution and works collaboratively with admissions teams, PREs, and school leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end admissions process across a defined group of schools to ensure enrolment targets are met.
  • Manage and support school-based admissions teams (Admissions Officers and PREs) to drive conversion and enhance the parent experience.
  • Collaborate with school leadership and HQ functions to align enrolment performance with strategic goals.
  • Monitor the admissions pipeline, flag risks, and provide regular insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies to improve conversion, retention, and forecasting accuracy.
Specific Duties
  • Strategic Oversight & Planning: Translate group-level enrolments strategy into actionable plans across cluster schools; own and drive enrolment and re-registration targets for each school within the cluster; identify growth opportunities and enrolment risks, and propose mitigation plans; contribute to forecasting and workforce planning based on pipeline analysis.
  • Admissions Operations: Lead and coach admissions teams across cluster schools, ensuring consistent standards and high performance; oversee the admissions lifecycle across all schools, ensuring timely response to enquiries, follow-ups, assessments, and offer processes; ensure compliance with ADEK and internal admissions policies; ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting in Salesforce and eSIS.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of contact between HQ and the cluster for admissions performance, challenges, and support needs; liaise with school Principals, HQ marketing, finance, IT, and P&C to align on priorities and resolve cross-functional issues; provide regular updates to the Head of Enrolments and participate in HQ-level planning sessions.
  • Marketing & Growth Enablement: Support school-level events, open days, and webinars by guiding the team and aligning with the marketing calendar; collaborate with the Growth & Marketing team to localize campaigns and monitor lead conversion; leverage data and parent feedback to improve enrolments experience and support marketing decisions; build partnerships with feeder nurseries and other educational institutions.
  • Team Development & Culture: Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins, coaching, and performance reviews with registrars and PREs; support onboarding, training, and upskilling of new team members; foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across the cluster.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Deliver weekly dashboards, monthly reports, and termly reviews on admissions KPIs and targets; analyse trends in enquiry conversion, leavers, assessments, and parent satisfaction to inform action.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • 5+ years in enrolments, marketing, or education operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Prior experience in UAE K-12 or premium education sector preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other education management systems
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development
  • High attention to detail and process orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Confident public speaker and presenter

Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Monitor operational license validity and initiate renewals well in advance of expiry dates.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of obtaining and renewing licenses for schools and corporate entities as required by MOE, ADEK, KHDA, and other authorities.
  • Support the team in applying for and renewing Civil Defense, Clinic, ADMCC, and Pool licenses, coordinating inspections and related dependencies.
  • For new projects, obtain all necessary licenses and approvals from relevant authorities and coordinate until the NOC is issued.
  • Coordinate approvals for new schools from governmental bodies (trade license, lease, ADEK setup, etc.).
  • Process and renew permits and licenses including ADEK license, trade license, chamber of commerce, and company registrations.
  • Maintain accurate, secure records of all licenses, approvals, and permits for HQ and schools.
  • Obtain ADDC requirements to register new accounts for direct debit to pay school bills.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to manage school book clearances, shipments, customs approvals, and final delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of integrity and confidentiality in all licensing activities.
  • Participate in training and development activities as required.
  • Perform other duties as required and act as the primary point of contact with regulators on licensing matters.

Specific Duties
  • Build relationships with regulators to ensure smooth processing of applications and compliance monitoring.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing regulations, requirements, and policy changes affecting the education sector.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation for licensing applications and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate, secure records of all licenses, approvals, and renewals across the organization on the license tracker.
  • Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to management and external auditors.
  • Provide periodic training and awareness sessions to HQ and school staff on licensing requirements.

  • Coordinate with AP and building management to obtain the building Tawtheeq and ensure TAMM compliance as required.

Qualifications
  • Main Qualifications: Bachelor's (BSc) in business-related subjects, or related industry qualification/certificate for the role.

Minimum Experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory roles within the education sector or a government-facing industry in the UAE.
  • Experience dealing with UAE education regulators (ADEK, KHDA, MOE) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a school group or large educational organization is an advantage.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; related industry qualification at graduate level for the assigned functional area(s); recognized HR qualification and/or professional subscription (e.g., CIPD) desirable.
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR or Recruitment in any industry; education industry experience is preferable.

Aldar Education are currently seeking an outstanding Teacher- English for Seer Bani Yas Charter School in Abu Dhabi commencing Academic Year 25/26.

Seer Baniyas Charter School is dedicated to public school students based in Mohammed Bin Zayed City in the City of Abu Dhabi and offers American-based curriculum to Grades 6 and 7. We cater for 617Emirati students, all boys. Middle School US Curriculum of English, Maths, Science, Humanities and MOE subjects will be enhanced with a wide range of extracurricular activities that address the needs of all of our students.

Main Duties:

Specific Duties

Teaching and learning:

  • Clear understanding of the Curriculum.

  • Planning, preparing and presenting sessions that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
  • Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
  • Observing and assessing children in line with school assessments.
  • Being reflective of the classroom provision, sessions taught, progress made, and adjusting environment, planning and curriculum to reflect this.
  • Meeting with other professionals such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists, if required.
  • Ensure the Seer Bani Yas Teacher and Learner DNA language and attitudes are being embedded throughout the curriculum

Assessment and data:

  • Taking responsibility for the progress of a class.
  • Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of student’s development using Target Tracker.
  • Using data provided by assessments to influence further planning, provision, and intervention.
  • Providing feedback to parents and careers on a student’s progress at Parent Teacher Conferences and other meetings.

Behavior management and duties:

  • Follow the school’s behavior policy.
  • Manage classes effectively, using approaches which are appropriate to students’ needs to inspire, motivate and challenge pupils.
  • Maintain good relationships with pupils, exercise appropriate authority, and act decisively, when necessary, within the school’s behavioral policy.
  • Be a positive role model and demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values, and behavior, which are expected of pupils.
  • Have high expectations of behavior, promoting self-control and independence of all learners.
  • Carry out duties as directed and within the school’s policy.

Wider professional responsibilities

  • To work as part of a curriculum action group, supporting planning, assessment, resources, and special events linked to that team.
  • Support the organizing and taking part in school events, outings and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/careers with regards to student’s achievements and well- being using school systems/processes such as CPOMS as appropriate.

The Opportunity

The Student Accessibility Services seeks an incumbent responsible for providing academic tuition for Students of Determination to facilitate their development of academic language literacy and study skills required to enable them to reach their full potential in their disciplinary studies. Using a student-centered philosophy, the candidate must be adaptable, flexible, and willing to work in an ever-changing environment, with a capacity to develop a catalog of innovative and creative learning activity strategies. Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with faculty, SAS administration, and Students of Determination are essential, along with an interest in developing new skills and knowledge, especially in technology, as required by the evolving demands of SAS and the needs of Students of Determination.

The Responsibilities

  1. Liaise closely with SAS manager and specialists to conduct needs analysis to understand the language, academic literacy, and executive functioning requirements of Students of Determination.
  2. Prepare and deliver effective, targeted, creative, and innovative teaching/tutorial sessions on academic literacy, language, and executive functioning.
  3. Share, develop, and revise creative and effective materials by adapting course materials used for content instruction to support students' development.
  4. Liaise with counterparts across campuses and maintain effective working relationships to ensure consistency and exchange of ideas.
  5. Keep records of students and support provided, and communicate these to the SAS manager as required.
  6. Participate in discussions with SAS colleagues to maximize the effectiveness of instruction.
  7. Contribute to data collection on the effectiveness of academic support provided to Students of Determination.
  8. Actively promote a positive image of SAS within the university.
  9. Advise faculty on approaches to teaching material and assessment design that consider Students of Determination's learning needs.
  10. Teach IELTS preparation classes when requested.
  11. Promote student success and work with students in intensive 1:1 and group tutorial settings.
  12. Foster student accountability and responsibility in the learning process.
  13. Provide constructive feedback, particularly for Students of Determination, to promote academic success.

The Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of tertiary teaching experience OR a Master's Degree with 5 years of teaching experience.
  • Native-level spoken and written English preferred.
  • A professional teaching qualification is an advantage.
  • Genuine interest in students' academic success and willingness to work in intensive tutorial settings.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with faculty, administration, and students.
  • Linguistic knowledge of disciplines offered at ZU or interest to develop it.
