Compliance and Licensing:
- Ensure the bar adheres to all relevant laws regulations and licensing requirements.
- Maintain a clean record of inspections and licenses.
Security and Safety:
- Implement security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of staff and customers.
- Handle any security issues or disturbances in a professional manner.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on bar performance sales and expenses for management.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations cost control and inventory management.
- Proven ability to lead motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
