We are seeking a compassionate and driven Behavior Analyst Technician to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a Behavior Analyst Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver impactful, client-centered therapy in a fast-paced startup environment, supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders to achieve meaningful progress.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), addressing communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills.
- Monitor the progress of treatment plans and collaborate with the BCBA to make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Engage directly with clients in one-on-one and group settings, delivering therapy in clinic and community-based environments to foster skill development.
- Provide parent/caregiver training under the guidance of the BCaBA or BCBA, empowering families to reinforce therapy goals outside of sessions.
- Maintain client program books and up-to-date data collection for your caseload, ensuring accuracy and organization in all records.
- Actively participate in training opportunities to stay informed about advancements in AI technology and its application in autism therapy.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of work experience as an ABA Therapist working with individuals who have autism spectrum disorders and their families.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, with current RBT, IBT, or ABAT certification (must-have).
- A current license/registration to practice as a Behavior Technician, with a Certificate of Good Standing issued within the last 6 months from the relevant licensing authority.
- English proficiency (if education was not in English): TOEFL (minimum score of 500), IELTS (minimum band of 5.0), Occupational English Test (OET) (minimum grade C), or Cambridge Assessment English (minimum score of 169).
