Operations Manager - Food and Beverage

The Operations Manager - Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

2. 2 year minimum experience working in a multicultural / 5 star hotel environment.
3. Multi skilled.
4. Experience in food and beverage or event field.
5. Speed and accuracy. (able to manage last minute activities)
6. Ability to handle luxury guest volumes on a daily basis.
7. Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
8. Must be flexible and ability to work long hours.
