• Coordinate and manage BIM workflows across multiple projects, ensuring seamless integration of landscape architecture and engineering disciplines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role, with a strong focus on landscape architecture projects.
• Proven expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, with familiarity in SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or other landscape modeling and rendering tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and protocols, particularly in their application to landscape architecture workflows.
• Significant experience in landscape design processes, including site modeling, contour grading, hardscape detailing, planting plans, and irrigation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve clashes and ensure design coordination using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360, with a focus on landscape elements.

BIM Coordinator - Infrastructure (Civil 3D)
Dubai, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Coordinator to join our team In this role, you will get to coordinate BIM workflows for complex infrastructure projects with a strong focus on Civil 3D deliverables and multidisciplinary collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate BIM implementation across civil infrastructure disciplines including roads, grading, drainage, and utilities.
Develop, manage, and optimize Civil 3D models, including corridor modeling, subassemblies, and pipe networks.
Create and customize Civil 3D assemblies to match project-specific cross-section requirements.
Support and enforce project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in compliance with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy, coordination, and integration across disciplines.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve design conflicts in early project phases.
Ensure models are aligned with correct coordinate systems, surface data, and infrastructure standards.
Participate in quality assurance checks, data audits, and continuous model development throughout project lifecycle.
Prepare and coordinate for MIDP, TIDP expected by the task teams.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure BIM coordination with a deep focus on Civil 3D.
Expert proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including creation of custom subassemblies, corridor modeling, surfaces, and pipe networks.
Strong understanding of infrastructure design workflows, including roads, earthworks, utilities, and grading.
Experience implementing and managing ISO 19650-compliant BIM workflows.
Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and design review.
Familiarity with CDE platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud or ProjectWise.
Strong understanding of LOD requirements.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Coordinate BIM project
-Determine the project BIM geo-reference point(s) and assures all technical discipline models are properly referenced
-The coordination of equipment deployment including but not limited to conveyors CCTV power supply connection data point connection fire services interfacing etc.
-Coordinate with suppliers to receive compatible 3D Model
-Coordinate BIM file exchange and archiving of milestone submittals
-Identify changes of incoming models from external parties
-Attend BIM progress / Coordination meetings
-Coordinate the use of a shared file server / CDE
-Vanderlande customer facing spokesperson for BIM topics during sales phase/contract negotiations (Supporting the Sales Engineer)

Checking data and BIM data
-Ensuring all quality of all BIM related document with proper review
-Contribute to keep BEP and EIR up to date
-Assure proper BIM derived 2d information for paper printing as required and conforms CAD standards
-Assure information is provided at milestone submittals and for conctractor
-Responsible for the Revit project Template and feedback to the business Template
-IFC knowledge / Defining the data exchange format (DWG IFC)
-Carry out Clash Detection and assist engineers
-Perform Clash Coordination
-Perform Model Coordination
-Support in the creating of clash reports and communication of clashes.

Managing and guiding BIM colleagues
-Is the Revit expert and project consultant for Layout Engineers / BIM modelers

Building the BIM model together
-Upload and download BIM Documents
-Assemble composite design model for coordination meetings
-Provide design deliverables in accordance with the format specified (PXP)
-Maintain BIM models during project Installation / As Built before team has left the project. Deliver Point cloud in some cases

Set up tools accounts content and permissions for team
-Ensuring interoperability of different software used in the project implementation
-Coordinate team file management
-Coordinate the setup of shared file server
-Assemble composite design model for coordination meetings
-Interface with Design Team BIM and IT Managers to ensure software is installed and operating properly
-Determine the project BIM geo-reference point(s) and assures all technical discipline models are properly referenced

Your profile:

• Graduate in relevant engineering field and possess BIM software certifications (Mechanical - Production - Architect - Mechatronics).
• 3-5 years of experience as BIM coordinator in any business
• Knowledge at expert levels in BIM Levels Dimensions ISO 19650 Open BIM

• Conduct clash detection and design coordination meetings using Navisworks or similar tools for construction.
• Assist in digital delivery initiatives and smart infrastructure objectives.
• Create the LOD matrix, LOI matrix, and clash matrix at construction stage for infrastructure projects.
• Ensure shop drawings and as-built drawings are extracted/produced from the coordinated and actual BIM models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in infrastructure projects at the construction stage (LOD 400 & 500).
• Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC, ProjectWise or other CDE platforms.
• Demonstrated experience delivering LOD 500 BIM models for operational use and asset management.
• Solid understanding of 4D (time/schedule) and 5D (cost) BIM integration using Synchro/CostX.
• Familiar with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or local BIM mandates.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BIM LOD requirements and Civil 3D Object Catalogue (creating part lists, subassembly composer, and custom objects with attributes).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IFC and open BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with asset tagging, COBie data structures, and FM systems for infra projects.
• Experience with Power BI, Synchro, Primavera, or similar tools for 4D/5D workflows.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Civil 3D, RICS, Revit, ISO)

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field
• BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable
• Minimum of 3years of experience in BIM coordination or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully coordinating largescale design or construction projects using BIM
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools
• Indepth understanding of BIM standards best practices and digital design and construction workflows
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented BIM Coordinator – Landscape to join our team In this role, you will get to support landscape design teams by coordinating BIM processes and ensuring project deliverables align with client requirements and industry standards.

• Act as the primary BIM point of contact for landscape design teams, ensuring smooth coordination of BIM models across disciplines.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed landscape BIM models using Revit and Civil 3D at various Levels of Development (LOD
• Coordinate clash detection processes using tools like Navisworks, Revizto, and Autodesk Collaborate Pro to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards in accordance with industry best practices such as ISO 19650.
• Work within Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, or similar platforms to manage model sharing, collaboration, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure BIM deliverables meet project timelines and client expectations.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or related disciplines from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 12 years of proven experience in BIM coordination for landscape or multidisciplinary design projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revizto, and BIM Collaborate Pro, with a strong understanding of BIM methodologies.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, including ISO 19650, and experience working within Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, or similar Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles, grading, and documentation processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.

• Experience in developing and maintaining BIM libraries and templates.
• Familiarity with landscape-specific software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape for visual representation.
• Ability to deliver engaging BIM training sessions for design teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving design conflicts.
• Previous experience in coordinating BIM for large-scale urban planning, infrastructure, or landscape master planning projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and performance tracking would be an added advantage.

What You ll Do
