Successio Global is a Dubai-based Life Insurance and Legacy Planning consultancy that has recently launched a Career Advancement Academy for financial advisors. We're looking for a high-performing Brand Growth & Marketing Manager to scale our digital and offline marketing efforts for both of these business wings, as well as the Founder's personal influence and brand. This is a full-time role.
You'll lead strategy and execution for both our corporate brand and the founder's personal brand across social media, performance marketing, events, and content. Our ideal candidate knows how to grow audiences from 0 to 1M+, build funnels that convert, and run high-ROI campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, and more. You're creative, data-driven, content-savvy, and thrive in high-growth environments.
YOUR MISSION
You will lead and execute the strategy to grow both Successio Global and our founder's personal brand across digital and offline platforms. You'll be responsible for positioning us as a category leader and scaling visibility, authority, and engagement through content, campaigns, and partnerships.
You'll combine performance marketing precision with brand storytelling flair—and you'll be the driver of rapid, measurable, and meaningful growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead the brand growth strategy for both the company and the founder's personal brand
- Design and execute high-impact campaigns that drive reach, relevance, and revenue
- Own and optimize content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, email, and podcasts
- Map out a clear path to 1M+ digital followers backed by metrics and a solid performance measurement plan
- Identify trends, insights, and whitespace opportunities in the entrepreneurial and financial industry content landscape
Performance & Growth Marketing
- Launch and scale high-converting funnels, lead-gen systems, and paid ad campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report performance across channels—turning data into action
- Own the SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social growth strategy
- Optimize digital presence and content to drive conversions and community growth
Brand & Content Leadership
- Create and manage a content calendar that blends strategic thought leadership, storytelling, and timely relevance
- Collaborate with designers, writers, editors, and freelancers as needed
- Shape brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Drive consistent messaging and positioning in all external communications
Offline & Community Growth
- Create and amplify brand presence through offline activations, partnerships, and events
- Support the launch and growth of the Successio Global in-person communities
- Partner with PR, media, and speaking bureaus to grow visibility

WHO YOU ARE
- You've taken a personal or company brand from zero to 200k+ followers
- You're a full-stack marketer with strong execution and a bias for action
- You're entrepreneurial by nature: Self-driven, resourceful, scrappy when needed
- You think in growth systems, not random acts of marketing
- You have a deep understanding of content that converts, not just content that looks good
- You've managed paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn and know what 'ROAS' means
- You love testing, optimizing, and iterating until it works
- You care about impact and legacy and want your work to matter
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in brand, digital marketing, or growth roles (startup or fast-growth preferred)
- Proven track record in social media strategy and execution
- Expertise in performance marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube ads)
- Strong copywriting instincts, content creation oversight, and marketing funnels
- Familiarity with brand building via thought leadership, speaking, and storytelling
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills

About You
· 3 years' + in the Beauty Retail space, in a similar role
· Good knowledge of the strategic and financial indicators
· Previous experience managing Profit & Loss Account
· Fluent in English - Arabic / French language is an advantage
· Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
· Strong communication skills and well-balanced personality, a person who can engage and influence leaders in the Business
· Ability to work in a diverse environment, strong planning skills and ability to manage and monitor performance.
