Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Marcomms & Brand Manager to lead brand-building and campaign execution for one of the boldest new digital telco brands launching in the MENA region. This is a high-impact B2C-facing role, reporting to the Head of Marketing, with end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and local relevance.
The ideal candidate combines creative instinct with operational excellence, has deep experience in launching and scaling consumer brands in digital-first environments, and is passionate about crafting bold, culturally resonant stories that break through the noise.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own brand campaign planning & execution: Lead the development and delivery of integrated brand campaigns, from big-idea development to in-market execution (including content and activations) that uphold a consistent, bold brand identity across all customer touchpoints
  • Drive full-funnel marketing initiatives: Plan and execute high-performance campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (digital, social, ATL, etc.), driving awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Manage end-to-end campaign development: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from concept and briefing to asset development, deployment, and wrap-up, ensuring 100% on-time delivery, effective coordination, and post-launch performance analysis
  • Manage agency & creative ecosystem: Work in close partnership with external agencies, freelance creatives, and internal design teams to prepare and deliver high-quality brand materials and content aligned to the overarching marketing strategy
  • Ensure brand & content quality control: Oversee the quality of work delivered by designers and copywriters, ensuring all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives

Who You Are
  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign execution, or communications, ideally in fast-paced, consumer-facing (B2C) digital environments, e.g., telco, e-commerce, tech, fintech, lifestyle
  • Proven track record of building and launching brands (zero-to-one experience) or leading high-impact campaigns in culturally diverse, digitally savvy markets
  • Strong portfolio of integrated brand campaigns—across digital, social, ATL, and content—that have driven measurable growth or cultural relevance
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies, designers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on marketing goals
  • Strong understanding of local consumer insights and how to translate them into resonant creative brand and communications strategies

We are seeking a top-talent Brand Manager with experience in the travel and hospitality sectors to join our global multi-brand team. In this role you will be at the forefront of Accor one of the biggest names in global hospitality and the largest hotel chain in Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for developing implementing and managing the brand strategy for Accor Vacation Club. Now with 24 resorts in Australia New Zealand and Indonesia and a member base of more than 3000 Accor Vacation Club is a leading regional business ready to expand its reach. This role will be focused on enhancing the brands impact resonance and performance in the international market.

How Youll Shine
Brand Strategy & Development

  • Work closely with Brand Director to develop support and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals vision and objectives.
  • Build annual brand marketing plans and deploy the brand strategically for immediate business growth and long-term sustainability.
  • Leverage research and consumer insights to identify market trends and understand customer preferences to ensure enable the brand resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage the development of building a dynamic brand foundation and go-to market tools that set the brand up for successful business implementation.
  • Develop positive relationships and partnerships with Travel Leisure Co. and Accor leaders and cross-functional teams in creative communications marketing sales operations and other key stakeholder functions.
  • Dynamic collaboration with the social media team to ensure a strong and cohesive presence for the AVC brand

Brand Activations:

  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns that promote the brand across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead the planning and execution of experiential campaigns and events that drive brand awareness lead generation engagement and other business objectives.
  • Oversee the branding and execution of company-sponsored events hospitality activations VIP experiences and initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners agencies and vendors to maximize brand visibility and engagement at events and high-profile hospitality experiences.
  • Facilitate creative needs provide feedback and ensure that deliverables meet assigned deadlines.


Brand Governance:

  • Ensure brand consistency differentiation and relevance in the market.
  • Understand brand guidelines and oversee their implementation.
  • Demonstrate brand visual understanding and perspectives within imagery and video.
  • Ensure brand messaging tone and visual identity are consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health metrics.
  • Use data insights to optimize campaign efforts and refine brand foundations.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on customer feedback market trends and performance analytics.
  • Travel Requirements
  • 10-15% travel required. This could include but not limited to site visits production shoots marketing events and continuing education opportunities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic brand plans that drive measurable results.
  • Experience in brand strategy or business performance analysis within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Creative mindset with demonstrated experience in brand performance measurement consumer research and market analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to align branding efforts and drive business objectives.
  • Proficient at communicating and collaborating with teams across global time zones.


Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Teams Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Canva Adobe Creative Suite Apple Keynote Project Management Tools Zoom Job experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in brand management or related function
  • Prior experience within international travel & hospitality a plus
  • Knowledge of in-house agency structure marketing all forms of advertising and digital experiences
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

We’re looking for a Brand Manager who brings both strategic vision and technical expertise to branding—someone who understands the science behind perception, decision-making, and identity.   • Brand architecture & governance: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual and verbal consistency across internal and external channels. Act as a brand guardian and educate cross-functional teams to drive coherent execution.

You will work closely with designers, but will also be hands-on in crafting copy and developing content directly across multiple formats (social, digital, print, etc.).

  • Measurement & brand health: Define and track key brand KPIs (awareness, perception, preference, advocacy), and translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights. Use data to guide prioritization, validate impact, and optimize efforts.
  • Campaigns & cross-functional collaboration: Partner with performance marketing, product, and sales to support integrated campaigns that build long-term brand equity while driving short-term results. Be the link between brand vision and tactical execution.
  • Market scanning & innovation: Stay ahead of branding trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and category developments. Identify opportunities for brand innovation and lead experiments to test and refine new ideas.

Required Skills & Profile
