- Oversee awards submissions, podcast outreach, and speaking engagement opportunities for Endless.
- Lead on brand reputation management if needed.
Founder & Personal Brand Support (Rosie Gunn):
- Shape and grow Rosie Gunn’s personal brand as a circular fashion advocate, female founder, and entrepreneur.
- Pitch and secure thought leadership opportunities, interviews, panels, and speaking events.
- Draft founder bios, talking points, LinkedIn posts, op-eds, and quotes for media.
- Partner with Rosie to build a consistent, engaging social media and public-facing narrative.
- Proactively seek moments where Rosie can contribute meaningfully to conversations around sustainability, fashion, and female entrepreneurship with the goal of supporting the elevation/growth of Endless as a brand.
Cross-Functional & Brand Building:
- Support brand campaigns, collection launches, and partnership activations from a comms perspective.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and social teams to align messaging and tone of voice.
- Track, measure, and report PR coverage and campaign impact.
- Bring creative ideas to the table to keep Endless in the conversation and ahead of trends.

+ Educational Background: BA/BS/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
+ Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Design, Brand Identity, and Packaging. FMCG experience is preferred.
+ Design Mastery: Proven hands-on design skills demonstrated through executed work, exceptional presentation abilities, and creative problem-solving.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in the latest design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and MS Office Suite.
+ Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design experience (strategy and execution) across diverse categories, evaluated on creativity, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical expertise.
+ AI Enthusiasm: Passionate about exploring Generative AI platforms for design innovation.
+ Packaging Passion: Genuine interest in packaging design and staying updated on design trends.
+ Emerging Leadership: Entry-level design leadership skills, with experience in driving design vision alongside commercial and technical partners, as well as confidence in presenting to senior management.
+ Collaboration Skills: Extraordinary teamwork and collaboration abilities, especially with multi-functional partners and external design agencies. Experience navigating geographical and organizational boundaries is a plus.
