Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration, Management, or Finance. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are a strong plus.
  • Experience: 8+ years in strategic project management, consulting, or corporate strategy, preferably within the UAE/GCC. Exposure to government projects or regulated industries (e.g., energy, finance, real estate) is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of project management tools (MS Project, Jira), data analytics platforms, and ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement with a proven ability to influence C-suite and government officials.
    • Strategic problem-solving paired with operational pragmatism.
