Role Overview

The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) will lead the capital formation strategy, overseeing all fundraising efforts including the ongoing 4.5M seed round token offering, upcoming strategic partnerships, and public token sale. The CIO will also own investor relations, aligning stakeholders behind the project's roadmap and long-term value creation strategy. This role is critical in driving SRC's financial strategy, ensuring a strong capital base while maintaining regulatory and reputational integrity during all fundraising phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the fundraising strategy for seed / private round token offering, and public token rounds.
  • Identify, engage, and close strategic investors including VCs, family offices, DAOs, crypto funds, and institutional DeFi partners.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to structure token offerings.
  • Create and present compelling investment narratives through decks, one-pagers, and financial models.
