- Identifying potential RSW opportunities with the potential of x-selling with a new solution, upselling to higher license count or offer tier or converting to an Enterprise Agreement.
- Managing and growing the business relationship with active Cisco Partners and enabling and training new Partners in Cisco Software, Recurring Software, Enterprise Agreements, XaaS offerings and our Cloud Marketplace storefront.
- Being responsible for the execution of Cisco marketing activities.
- Presenting at Cisco and Logicom partner events and internally on the initiatives.
- Presenting at Cisco’s and Internal QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) the sales results and justifying any deviations from the plans and the action required to reduce the gaps.
- Identifying potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities and effectively managing the conversion to Enterprise Agreements of eligible Software Renewal opportunities.
- Being able to present at Vendor meetings, channel partner events and internal QBR meetings.
- Training and supporting our internal sale Teams on new vendor updates, offerings etc.
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent area.
- Minimum three years’ experience in IT Sales, Business Development or Presales or IT Architect role ideally within a distribution channel.
- Good background and experience of Cisco Software, Cisco Customer Success and Lifecycle, Cisco Security, Enterprise Agreements, and proficiency with various Cisco tools will be considered a plus.
- Holder of any Cisco certification and/or Specialization is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative Thinking, Active Listening, and thrive in team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English (Oral / Verbal), Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to travel.
- Highly motivated, committed, with a genuine desire to succeed in business development and sales.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING
You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).
Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
