Marsh is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Management - Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is exclusively open to UAE nationals and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional support and insightful analysis.
About the RoleAs a Client Relationship Management Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Qlik Sense, along with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Proven experience as a business development professional or in a relevant role.
- Experience in customer support and engagement.
- In-depth market knowledge and trend analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong working relationships with clients.
